The “tube fairy” arrived yesterday and delivered a large assortment of carbon tubes, direct from c-tech in New Zeland. And I must say, I’m very impressed. With our bulk order for 4 boats we managed to get all required wing tubes, mast and boom for a very good price, significantly cheaper than any local supplier. This is a shame because I would rather support Australian businesses if I can.
The finish quality of the tubes is excellent, and I will now have a challenge to keep the corner joins up to the same, high quality standard.
I have molded and rough fitted my foredeck, so this weekend will be a quite busy one, with my goal to have the wings built and fitted, as well as the foredeck, lacing holes, transom and back bar.
The to-do list is well past the 50% mark, and hopefully I will start running out of things to do shortly.

Bruce, you are about to remember that building the hull is only about half way to a complete moth. Maybe you are a bit ahead by using the pre existing foils.
Phil,
I hear ya ! I am not planning to be even close to hitting the water for another month at the earliest. I am VERY glad that I have a centerboard and rudder that I can just “bolt on” with minimal modification, or there would be another month right there !
Bruce

Ive got an assortment of broken 2 piece carbon windsurfing masts that Im willing to sell for cheap.
I have 4-5 top sections from 520 cm mast as that are approx 2.5- 2.7m long as well as 10 other broken bottom sections. You may or may not be able to use these.
