If you had put bagging material over the open frame (between the frame mould stringers and foam) would you be able to then vac bag the hull’s outer skin? – afterall you are just looking for a balance of vacuum forces over the two bondinglayers?
It might be worth a small experiment around a chine or over the bow..
Wiring the foam down thru the plastic will lead to sealing issues, but ‘bogging’ with some silicone seal or window caulking goop or similar would deal with those, i think. A small price to pay compared to fairing a male or female whole mould.
