Today was the “holy day”. It essentially involved putting in the holes for the wing tramps and the bungs. There are a number of different ways that this can he approached, personally I like to glue in a short tube in each hole to ensure there are no leaks.
This however makes the entire process some what time consuming and a little bit painful. Anyway it’s done now and I can move on to other jobs.
Also during the week I sent some money to the IMCA and the YA and I now have a sail number - AUS 9366, which is 198 boats after the first moth I built - KA 9168.

congrats bruce - it’s all very exciting stuff isn’t it. Good to see that the fittings turned up - sorry they took so long. I’ll be getting my sail number sorted out during this week sometime.
So, the race is on… who’ll hit the water first?
