Congratualtions, Still a few lumps and bumps to be smoothed out, especially the big wobbly one at the outboard end of the tiller extension.

Hi Bruce -
Thanks for the cool blog.
Watching your vid it seems that there is a bit too much gantry angle wound on or something; boat seems sort of stuck to the water. But I’m certainly no expert. Just seems like you should have been taking off immediately on those runs, whereas it seems like you were fighting to get her flying.
Congrats on getting the boat together and sailing. No mean feat!

The setup does have a long way to go. These were not the only runs that I did, just the ones that were captured on video. She definatley got up and went like a rocket, infact I spent much of the day trying to keep her slowed down so the pilot could keep up.
So the real judgement will be in a few weeks time.
