    Take away all the people who wanted to see the horrible font rendering experience first hand, and all the testers who wanted to find out if this means they can finally test for safari, without having to fight tooth and nail with purchasing to get a mac, plus the pain of automating the testing on OSX, and I wonder how many people would be left

    You mean they wanted to see how horrible the windows rendering is compared to the superior mac rendering. :-)
    It doesn’t remove the need for a mac for testing, it simply adds another bowser to the test matrix.
